| In 1995, I obtained Mr. Hunnicutt to list my home, located in Norcross. Cliff had sold the home in less than 45 days. He then found my family a larger home for us to reside in. During the time of the sale and purchase, Cliff was very dependable, conscientious, efficient and very considerate to me. He always communicated clearly and concisely.
